Venture Search is partnering with a high-performing, Prestigious and high performing Hedge Fund that is expanding its team throughout 2025. The firm operates across a diverse range of asset classes and strategies and is looking to expand its existing exposure to Fixed Income strategies. The ideal candidate will have vast experience in alpha signal generation from a top firm within the fixed income space and can hit the ground running in a dynamic team.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• Extensive experience generating alpha for MFT fixed income strategies
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, even in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable adapting quickly to evolving market conditions and new challenges
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in fixed income trading
• Demonstrated sound decision-making skills in trading environments
• Proven success in designing and implementing profitable trading strategies
• Deep understanding of fixed income products
• Capable of creating and executing sophisticated fixed income trading strategies
• Experience in applying quantitative research methods to fixed income trading
• History of incorporating alpha-generating signals into trading systems
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability in resolving key trading system issues
• Thorough knowledge of market microstructure
• Highly skilled in Python programming or other similar languages
