Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Quantitative Researcher | Equities Strategy | NYC or Miami

We're working with a Systematic Equities Portfolio Manager who is looking to hire a Quantitative Researcher to join their growing team — with the flexibility to be based in New York or Miami.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone coming from the sell side, with strong experience in equities strategy development. You’ll work closely with a high-performing team to research, design, and implement data-driven strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience as a Quantitative Researcher or similar role on the sell side
• Proven track record in equities strategy development
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• A passion for solving complex problems and working with large datasets

Location

This role offers the option to be based in New York City or Miami.
