Job summary

Quant Blueprint LLC is seeking a dedicated Product Development professional to assist in new product strategies and market analysis. This role includes engaging in strategy lifecycle, conducting industry research, and contributing to high-quality publications.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years in product development or alternative investment research, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and additional software knowledge preferred. The position is based in New York City.

The Team

The Product Development team works with various stakeholders across the firm to help launch new strategies and design bespoke mandates on behalf of prospective and current institutional investors. The team also assists with content development of research pieces and market insights published by the firm. The Product Development team sits within the broader Investor Relations team that maintains marketing materials and caters to existing investors across the firm's client base.

Responsibilities and Impact

• Assist with new product development through the creation of strategy pitchbooks and market analysis.
• Create detailed strategy writeups and maintain updates as market opportunities shift and investor inquiries are received.
• Engage in the entire lifecycle of a product from initial development to implementation.
• Conduct research on peers within the hedge fund industry to identify market trends and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders across the firm.
• Be involved in the publication of market research and thought‑leadership pieces by providing high quality feedback and edits.

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4‑6 years of experience in product/strategy development or alternative investment fund research.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; proficiency in VBA, SQL, Python and Tableau preferred.
• Motivated and proactive, able to work independently within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Extremely organized and detail‑oriented.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $120,000–$150,000USD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
