Capstone is seeking a detail‑oriented, high‑performing Benefits Specialist to own and deliver our global benefits programs. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, execution, and continuous improvement of our health, welfare, and retirement offerings, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience. Reporting to the Head of People, this role will operate with a high degree of independence while partnering closely with People Operations, Payroll, and Finance.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $160,000 USD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
