Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an electronic execution role within a quantitative trading environment.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related STEM fields.
• Proficiency in Python programming and strong quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize daily execution across equities, futures and growing asset classes.
• Develop tools to analyze execution data and market impact models.
• Manage trading cost and market impact models for all assets.
• Extract insights from recent execution performance with historical data.
• Design studies to improve trading and present results to researchers.
