Job summary

You will collaborate with traders, researchers, and operations to reduce transaction costs, analyze historical data, and present findings to senior staff. The role offers a base salary of $130,000–$200,000 with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic execution within a quantitative trading environment.
• Strong quantitative capability with rigorous data analysis
• Proficiency in Python programming

Responsibilities

• Optimize daily execution across equities, futures, and additional asset classes.
• Develop tools to analyze execution data across trading instruments.
• Maintain and update trading cost and market impact models.
• Extract actionable insights from recent execution performance and history.
• Design studies to improve trading and present results to senior researchers.
• Collaborate with brokers to implement strategies that reduce costs and improve fill rates.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure best execution by brokers
