Hyphen Connect is seeking a high-performance trader to join a fast-paced global market environment. After an intensive global training program, you will manage a trading desk, execute strategies, and identify market opportunities alongside senior traders.

You will collaborate with developers and quants to refine models and automation tools, back-test new concepts to capitalize on market inefficiencies, and provide competitive pricing with seamless execution in high-frequency markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or CS).
• Exceptional mental arithmetic and logical reasoning under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel; Python, VBA, or C++ skills are a significant plus.
• Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, flat structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily trading positions and execute strategies across diverse asset classes.
• Maintain real-time risk oversight and optimize desk performance.
• Partner with developers and quants to refine proprietary models and automation tools.
• Research and back-test new concepts to capitalize on market inefficiencies.
• Provide competitive pricing and ensure seamless execution in high-frequency markets.
