Are you looking to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and high performance systems engineering, where your code runs in live markets and your models directly drive trading outcomes?
We are hiring on behalf of a world-class systematic trading firm for a Quantitative Developer to work on one of the most technically demanding and intellectually stimulating mandates in the industry. This is not a pure research role and not a pure engineering role. It is a rare hybrid where applied AI research and production grade C++ engineering are inseparable, and where individual contribution is highly visible and directly rewarded.
If you are the kind of engineer and researcher who wants to work on genuinely hard problems where the quality of your thinking and your code translates directly into real world impact, this is that role.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000 per year. Total compensation, including performance-based bonus, is expected to range from $600,000 to $2,000,000 or above depending on experience, level, and individual performance. Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, and interview performance.
