Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Quantitative Analyst SETA to support DARPA program managers in developing and scaling complex adaptive system modelling and data-intensive analytical capabilities. You will integrate multi-source intelligence and open-source data into graph-based frameworks to support strategic competition analysis and national security decision-making.

A TS/SCI clearance is required. The salary range is $195,000–$300,000 per year. Blue Sky Innovators, Inc.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in quantitative field (Economics/Data Science/Applied Math).
5+ years in quantitative economic modeling, econometrics, and network data science applied to complex adaptive systems.
Experience with large-scale data processing and multi-source data pipelines.
Proficient with graph analytics and network modeling tools.
Experience in the U.S. Intelligence Community environment and data workflows.
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

Oversee design and evaluation of quantitative economic models and graph-based data integration architectures.
Integrate multi-source intelligence and economic data into scalable analytical pipelines.
Serve as liaison between researchers, software teams, and IC stakeholders.
Advise leadership on program execution risks and data architecture scalability.
Prepare technical documentation and executive briefs for senior decision-makers.
