Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to work on-site in Arlington, VA, supporting DARPA program managers in the development and scaling of complex adaptive system modelling and data-intensive analytical capabilities.

The role involves integrating multi-source intelligence with graph-based networks to support strategic competition analysis, industrial base resilience, and national security decision-making.

Qualifications

• US citizen with active Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Economics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years in quantitative economic modeling, econometrics, and network data science.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and multi-source data pipelines.
• Practical experience with graph analytics, network modeling tools, and related libraries.
• Strong background with U.S. Intelligence Community environments and data workflows.
• Ability to translate complex models for senior defense stakeholders.
• On-site work at DARPA HQ in Arlington, VA daily.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for program operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, evaluation, and application of quantitative models and graph-based data integration architectures.
• Oversee integration of multi-source intelligence and datasets into scalable analytical pipelines.
• Serve as technical liaison between academic researchers, software teams, and IC stakeholders.
• Advise DARPA leadership on execution risks, data architecture, and transition strategy.
• Prepare documentation, roadmaps, and executive briefs communicating progress and findings.
