Job summary

Lynker Corporation is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to support NOAA Fisheries’ Northwest Fisheries Science Center. This role will develop the Comprehensive Passage (COMPASS) model and evaluate ecological impacts across fish life cycles using advanced quantitative techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a strong quantitative background.
  • Three or more years of related experience.
  • Extensive experience in statistical analysis and programming in R.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and advance the COMPASS model for river systems.
  • Evaluate effects of stressors on fish life cycles using statistical methods.
  • Document and share reproducible research workflows.
  • Collaborate with regional managers on environmental data.
