What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support hedging and risk management of variable and fixed annuities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Numerix derivatives analytic library
- Perform hedge performance analysis and attribution reporting using various programming tools
- Coordinate with business constituents to ensure consistency in production processes and regulatory changes
- Communicate results and analysis to senior staff and key internal stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years related work experience with derivatives, assets, and liabilities
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to derivatives markets
- Prior experience in quantitative and statistical modeling focused on investments
- Understanding of fixed income securities, derivatives, and risk management
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
