Qualifications

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning and organizing financial datasets for research projects.
• Support model development and testing using basic statistical techniques.
• Build visualizations and summaries to communicate findings.
• Shadow quantitative analysts to learn practical data science applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to connect research to Morningstar products.
