Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, or Physics.
• Minimum 2 years building/operating production systems in a trading firm.
• Strong Python proficiency, SQL, APIs, testing, debugging, and modern software practices.
• Solid quantitative/analytical skills for finance and trading contexts.
• Familiarity with financial markets, derivatives, risk, and data quality.
• Clear, maintainable coding with good data-quality reasoning.
• Effective communication with engineers, PMs, traders, and stakeholders.
• Ownership, judgment, and collaborative, lean team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate production trading systems and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and engineers on non-directional fund.
• Apply quantitative modeling and market knowledge to support decisions.
• Build tools for backtesting, portfolio analytics, and risk monitoring.
• Integrate market data, pricing, positions, and trade execution across brokers.
• Productionize research models into scalable workflows.
• Enhance data quality, timeliness, and integrity for investment decisions.
• Contribute to real-time analytics, P&L attribution, and risk management.
