Job description

Our client, a global Asset Management firm, is looking for a meticulous hands-on Quant Data Engineer to provide historical and real-time bar data to Quant PMs for research and live strategies. The engineer will develop and maintain the Quant Data API for historical and real-time Bars data, used for research analysis and live trading. The candidate will work closely with the research PM to ensure the data required for a given strategy is provided, including validation of data quality.

Requirements:

  • Systematic trading experience
  • Keen eye for identifying data issues
  • Experience with Futures, FX, or options market data
  • Experience working with time series bars and real-time data
