Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation is seeking a Quality & Training Technician to support the Training & Quality Department for 3rd shift. The role focuses on ensuring product and process quality while developing and delivering training content within a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of quality or production experience, basic knowledge of ISO 9001, and hands-on experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment. Strong English skills and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of quality or production experience preferred.
• ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.
• Experience with inspection tools and measuring equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality assessments on materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Support equipment calibration and product testing.
• Facilitate new hire and on-the-job training using established materials.
• Assist in the development of SOPs, job aids, and training documents.
• Communicate findings to supervisors and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in 5S, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain inspection and training records accurately.

Job Title: Quality & Training Technician

POSITION SUMMARY
