Job summary

DreamBuild is seeking a Quality & Training Technician to perform quality inspections across modular manufacturing and site installation. The role also helps develop, improve, and deliver technician training for onboarding and upskilling on the shop floor.

Based on experience, the technician signs off checkpoints, identifies defects, and supports root-cause analysis while working closely with production, safety, and scheduling teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, modular manufacturing, production work, or similar technical environments.
• Ability to read construction drawings, follow procedures, and understand inspection criteria.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive, respectful feedback.
• Organized, reliable, and able to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Quality inspections throughout modular manufacturing and site installation per procedures.
• Develop, improve, and deliver technician training for onboarding and upskilling.
• Sign off quality checkpoints and document findings; support root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Production Leaders, Scheduling, and Site teams; maintain traceability.
