Job summary

Dren Bio in San Carlos, CA is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager, Training, Quality Systems. You will lead the GxP Training Program, administer the eLMS, and drive the creation and delivery of training content for GxP compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in a GxP environment, a Bachelor's degree, and strong LMS/quality systems experience. You will partner across functions, support inspections, and drive training metrics to enhance compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in a GxP environment with at least 2 years in training
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience administering electronic learning management systems
• Experience in the life sciences industry or other regulated sectors
• Experience with electronic document and quality management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage the GxP training program and evaluate training design in the LMS
• Create and revise role-based training curricula aligned with responsibilities
• Onboard new employees with Quality onboarding training and assign curricula
• Support the creation and revision of SOPs and training materials with SMEs
• Identify and implement digital learning resources and SCORM content
• Advise SMEs on content design and sharing
• Provide LMS training and support to employees
• Develop training materials using instructional design principles
• Facilitate GxP training and ensure compliance across departments
• Collaborate on LMS upgrades and change management
• Support quality systems and document control activities and records
• Identify initiatives to improve the training program and LMS
• Assist in Quality Management Review content to measure training effectiveness
• Support audits and regulatory inspections with training documentation
• Respond to inquiries related to training and quality systems
• Oversee resumes/CVs, and job descriptions for compliance
• Ensure timely development of periodic GxP refresher trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned
