Job summary

Cencora, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Quality Manager: Documentation and Training to lead the development and implementation of consistent training programs and the policies and procedures of Cencora.

You will oversee the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), coordinate with SMEs, and ensure compliance with cGMP/FDA, OSHA, DEA and company standards. This role requires partnering with leaders to identify training needs, deliver effective instruction, manage onboarding and New Hire

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a regulated industry (pharma, medical device, biologics).
• 3+ years leading teams or management experience.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations.
• Experience with an eQMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design and implement training programs to close gaps and ensure compliance.
• Manage Documentation & Training department, onboarding, and ongoing learning strategies.
• Oversee the eQMS and ensure cGMP/FDA, OSHA and DEA compliance.
• Provide reports to executives on training status and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs to deliver effective instruction and retention.
