Job summary

Cencora in Columbus, OH is seeking a Quality Manager: Documentation and Training to lead the development and implementation of training programs and the related policies. You will liaise with SMEs and associates to deliver effective instruction while ensuring alignment with cGMP, FDA, OSHA requirements.

This role oversees the Documentation & Training department, manages the eQMS, and guides onboarding and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum 5 years in a regulated industry (pharma/medical device) with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with FDA regulations and eQMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning and implementation of onboarding methodologies, standards, programs, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) management and administration.
• Identify training needs with functional leaders and develop effective programs to close gaps.
• Ensure compliance training (cGMP/FDA/OSHA/DEA) is current for all required team members.
• Provide reports to executive management on training and documentation status.
