MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to conduct audits of customer service and prior authorization processes.

The role includes coaching staff, analyzing data, and supporting ongoing training initiatives to improve service quality. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with MedAccess, MedResponse, and Calabrio systems.

Qualificações

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current and unrestricted licensure in a state of the United States or national certification as a pharmacy technician preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn MedImpact systems.

Responsabilidades

• Completes quality audits of customer service, claims and prior authorization transactions.
• Evaluates calls for courtesy, accuracy, documentation and policy adherence.
• Provides feedback and training to staff; supports calibration and reporting.
• Develops training materials and improves workflows based on audit results.
• Attends monthly staff meetings and contributes to the department newsletter.
