IES is seeking a Training & Quality professional to develop trade-related curriculum, deliver classroom and on-site training, and perform quality audits across projects.
You will create assessments, administer exams, and produce performance reports to improve training effectiveness while upholding safety and quality standards.
Job Summary:
The Training & Quality role will be responsible for trade-related curriculum development and training for new and existing IES teams, quality audits and on-site support to IES projects.

• For demonstration purposes, must be able to climb ladders, use hand and power tools, lift 50 pounds.
• Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop, implement and review project process improvement(s).
