Quality Technicians 12-hour Night Shift - Sign-On Bonus & Shift Differential Pay

Join us as a Quality Technician at Jabil in Florence, KY, supporting manufacturing of servers. We are hiring for 12-hour night shifts with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and shift differential pay of 15%.

Impact of the Role

The Quality Technician supports the Quality Engineering team by providing technical assistance, conducting inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and compliance.

Shift Details
  • Shift B: Sunday – Tuesday / Sunday - Wednesday, 6PM – 6AM
  • Shift D: Wednesday – Saturday / Thursday - Saturday, 6PM – 6AM
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components.
  • Ensure materials meet specifications and standards.
  • Maintain accurate technical records.
  • Perform in-process inspections and audits.
  • Address defects and oversee defect samples and purge processes.
  • Analyze data using statistical methods.
  • Assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Review non-conforming materials and products.
  • Follow safety and security regulations.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma; 1-3 years of related experience or training.
  • Quality inspection experience preferred.
  • Packaging experience is a plus.
Skills Needed
  • Effective communication and document interpretation skills.
  • Mathematical proficiency in probability, statistics, and geometry.
  • Problem-solving and instruction interpretation abilities.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
