Job Title: Quality Technician - Wellmark 2nd Shift at Technimark

Job Summary: Provide quality checks on all incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials. Keep accurate records of all testing performed and communicate test results to customers as requested.

Knowledge, Experience, & Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Perform Melt Flow Testing & Ash Testing
2. Identify Material using FTIR
3. Test material for Heavy Metals using XRF & material strength using Tensile testing
4. Test material impact strength using IZOD & analyze material properties using DSC
5. Test density of material
6. Use mini injector to make lab samples
7. Check incoming and outgoing material
8. Verify blended material meets customer specifications
9. Issue Certificate of Analysis as required
10. Maintain proper records of checked materials
11. Perform final shipment inspection
12. Conduct quality audits during production
13. Receive training and certification in Radiation (training provided by lab manager)
14. Perform additional duties as assigned by Lab Manager (e.g., filing, data entry, issuing documents to customers)
