Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Quality Technician in West Branch, IA. The role is temporary to hire, with pay at $24-26/hr. Initial first shift (7:00am–3:00pm) transitioning to 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) in October 2026.

You will perform inspections, monitor processes, and support root-cause analysis in a safe, collaborative environment. You should have 3+ years in manufacturing quality control, strong attention to detail, and experience with quality systems (SAP QM).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical field degree preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing quality control experience.
• Familiar with inspection techniques, standards, and ISO 9000:2000 (preferred).
• Proficient with SAP QM and MS Office; able to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspections to verify quality and compliance.
• Monitor production to identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions with teams.
• Document non-conformities and maintain inspection records.
• Support root-cause analysis and CAPA activities with production/engineering.
• Communicate with suppliers on quality issues and participate in audits.
