Job summary

Keysight seeks a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented Quality Technician for 100% onsite work at the Keysight PMTC facility in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The role supports in-process and 100% inspection during turning, with a 23-month contract duration and a Monday–Friday schedule starting between 5:00 am and 7:00 am (PST).

The position involves operating precision inspection equipment, visual inspections under a microscope, and ensuring operational excellence in mechanical inspection

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college or technical coursework preferred.
• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use.
• Strong manual dexterity.
• High-volume parts inspection and handling.
• Automated inspection equipment operation.
• Microscopic visual inspection.
• Precision pin, thread, and ring gage usage.
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
• Ability to read and converse in English.
• Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will support mechanical inspection processes on day shift.
• Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations, including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment.

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $26.00/hour - $26.00/hour
