Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months working in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
• Must be able to pass color vision test.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality and Operations (OPEX) teams with quality best practices.
• Complete startup / last article inspections
• Audit / Inspect and report on in-process and manufactured products.
• Make decisions on the acceptability/non-acceptability of manufactured/packaged products.
• Use defect categories critical / major / minor to make sound business decisions.
• Contain all non-conforming product to the last known acceptable inspection point.
• Communicate non-conformance and trending conditions to support teams.
• Interpret drawings, quality plans and control plans.
• Act as the Voice of Quality and facilitate solutions in real time with cross functional team.
• Record inspection and audit results and communications on the Batch Record.
• Perform inspection activities reporting on process and product performance.
• Perform inspections of NP and FG product lots to defined AQL and sampling methods.
• Provide follow up and verification activities in support of corrective actions and/or process adjustments.
• Coach, train, and mentor the fundamentals of Quality to coworkers and cross functional team members.
