Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY seeks a Quality Technician C to support the JROC focus factory teams by enforcing standards and assisting in developing and implementing quality plans. You will collaborate with quality engineers to ensure products and processes meet our stringent quality criteria and customer expectations.

You will conduct inspections, verify parts against drawings and specifications, and assist in evaluating defect data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years quality experience.
• 2 years post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years quality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support quality initiatives including yield improvements, quality escape investigations, RCCA determinations.
• Create inspection plans and notes; update existing procedures and control plans.
• Perform end-of-line inspections; record findings and report to Operations and Quality.
• Run defect reports and analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
