Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; quality certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and ISO 9001:2015/ IATF 16949 standards.
• Ability to provide feedback in writing and verbally.
• Strong attention to detail and math/technical aptitude.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing products.
• Reject products not meeting quality expectations.
• Read prints, layouts, and specifications to understand requirements.
• Measure dimensions and compare final product to specifications.
• Calibrate Faro machines and tools; coordinate with Quality Manager on calibration dates.
• Calibrate weld, drill, and recut fixtures prior to production use.
• Notify Quality Manager of route sheet or documentation modifications.
• Conduct clean tests in the Clean Lab.
• Assist Production with complex parts and generate Faro reports.
• Educate production team on quality concerns to improve product excellence.
• Resolve quality-related issues promptly.
