Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 1+ years.
• Strong process adherence.
• Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable.
• Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management).

Responsibilities

• Audit and inspect product quality per QA processes.
• Investigate nonconforming materials and report to vendors as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to management for resolution.
