Job summary

MCC is seeking a Quality Technician at our Mason, Ohio site to perform on-line quality audits, raw material testing, and product testing. You will support non-conformances and collaborate with Manufacturing, Technical, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and R&D to uphold established specifications.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Two to four years of related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, along with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience or related education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Specific vision capabilities including color, close vision, distance, and ability to focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits per applicable sampling plans, positive release, and in-process audits.
• Maintain data integrity and testing methodologies; support non-conformance handling.
• Assist in process capability testing and routine inspection of product/equipment.
• Communicate effectively with Quality Department and Operations teams.
• Manage calibration of Quality Tools related to product testing.
• Perform QA lab testing as required for specified product lines.
• Follow all safety rules and assist in ISO, BRC, HACCP compliance activities.
