Job summary

All America Threaded Products is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to uphold high quality standards on the shop floor in Lancaster. The role reports to the Quality Manager and requires attention to detail and reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in manufacturing, familiarity with precision measuring tools, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook. This full-time on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a stable

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to work on a day shift on-site in Lancaster.
• Forklift experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform random sampling, batch sampling, and quality spot-checks.
• Work with production staff and machine operators to determine root cause, corrective actions, and material disposition.
• Document and communicate quality issues in a clear and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the appropriate team to reconcile quality issues.
