Job summary

Great Oaks is seeking a Quality Technician to train employees on quality procedures and to ensure routine maintenance of testing equipment. The role works with cross-functional teams to resolve product quality issues and supports management with in-house quality decisions.

Responsibilities include calibration maintenance, in-process inspections, ISO audits, and maintaining quality documentation. The candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent experience and 2–5 years in the steel

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in the steel industry; 1–3 years in quality.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on quality procedures and calibrate testing equipment.
• Perform in-process inspections and decide conformance to specifications.
• Maintain calibration of lab test equipment.
• Conduct internal ISO audits.
• Maintain and control quality documents.
