You will maintain records, monitor production deviations, and support audits. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a relevant field and strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
• Effective communication and the ability to present and influence credibly at all levels.
• Ability to investigate root causes and propose workable solutions.
• Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet specified standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests and document defects or issues.
• Monitor the production process to identify deviations and suggest improvements.
• Provide training to production staff on quality measures and proper equipment usage.
• Support quality audits and compile reports on quality and process issues.
• Collaborate with the Production team to ensure solutions are tested and completed correctly.
