Job summary

CompoSecure, a leader in premium metal payment cards and fintech solutions, is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure incoming materials meet specifications and to perform first articles and audits. You will collaborate with production and shift supervisors to maintain product quality across orders and document all findings.

Requirements include 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with measurement devices and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• High School education; Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/math a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to use, understand or interpret measurement devices

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and subcontracted outputs to set material specs and record results
• Perform first articles for each customer order with production team to ensure quality and report out-of-spec conditions
• Conduct spot product audits and report non-conformities
• Perform ISO 9001 quality audits and document findings
• Prepare reporting for Critical to Quality attributes for each product group
• Prepare Certificates of Conformance for outgoing product
