Qualifications

2+ years of quality technician experience.
Electronic assembly/CCA inspection background.
ERP experience (SAP preferred).
Ability to create nonconformance report (NCRs) independently.
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process and final inspections of electronic assemblies and components.
Verify compliance with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards and inspection requirements.
Review and interpret drawings, work instructions, specifications, and inspection criteria.
Create, document, and process Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and Quality Notifications.
Identify, segregate, document, and maintain control of nonconforming material.
Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure full product traceability.
Utilize SAP or other ERP systems (such as Costpoint or WMS) to document inspection results and quality activities.
Support quality assurance initiatives and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure calibration requirements and inspection equipment standards are properly understood and followed.]
