Job summary

Neapco seeks a results-driven Quality Technician for its Driveline facility in Belleville, Michigan. You will report to the Plant Quality Manager and contribute to quality inspection, data reporting, and calibration of test equipment while ensuring compliance with all standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Inspection or quality technician is required.
• Strong math understanding and ability to analyze technical data.
• High level of visual awareness and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inspection reports per quality and safety standards.
• Inspect goods and ensure compliance with company, Federal and State requirements.
• Calibrate and verify test equipment is functioning correctly and document findings.
• Identify quality anomalies and draft quality reports for management.
• Collaborate to improve quality control processes without hindering production.
