Job summary

New Standard Corporation is seeking a dedicated Quality Technician in Emigsville, PA. The ideal candidate will ensure product integrity through inspection and calibration while adhering to quality standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma with familiarity in quality management systems and relevant quality control processes. This full-time role operates on the 1st shift (6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday).

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO/TS16949) and relevant quality control processes.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 35 pounds frequently.
• Basic knowledge of scientific calculations, trigonometry, and geometry.

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading (GD&T)

Experience with CMM programming

Familiarity with FAROARM

Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process

Competent in precision measuring instruments

Statistical process control (SPC) analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong understanding of GR&R and basic metallurgy

Education

High school diploma

Associate degree or equivalent experience
