Job summary

Accelsius LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Quality Technician for in-house quality inspections and incoming material checks. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow established procedures on-site at both Kramer and Springdale sites.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing or quality, an engineering/technical associate degree, and experience reading drawings. Proficiency with calipers, gauges, and CMM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality functions.
• Associate degree in engineering, a technical field, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings for parts and components.
• 2–3 years of experience in quality inspection or equivalent training.
• Experience using calipers, gauges, and CMM.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials according to procedures; determine pass/fail and initiate next steps.
• Update and maintain records for inspections, QC holds, and MRB activities in the ERP system.
• Perform inline quality inspections of manufactured products and materials from CM suppliers.
• Support Quality Engineer in NCMR reviews and document outcomes.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Director of Quality.
