Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician II for our Auburn, WA site. The role tests and inspects products at various production stages, audits CTQ processes, and supports root-cause analysis.

You will engage in line training and use problem-solving tools to improve CTQs and procedures. The position requires strong attention to detail, experience with SPC and measurement tools, and the ability to work on the manufacturing floor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or technical diploma preferred.
• Certification in quality control is a plus.
• 1-3 years in quality control/assurance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Test product/material for quality characteristics (dimensions, performance, appearance).
• Record data, prepare graphs/charts, interpret drawings, note non-conformities.
• Enter data into PC, describe problems, complete quarantine forms.
• Set up and perform destructive/non-destructive tests.
