Job summary

Riverside in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure materials and finished goods meet customer and company standards. The role conducts inspections of incoming, in-process and final products, performs FAI, and maintains inspection documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years QA experience, strong GD&T and measurement tool skills, and familiarity with ISO 13485, AS 9100 and GMP standards. This is an on-site position with growth potential and shift options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; preferred associates degree in Quality Assurance or related manufacturing field.
• Minimum 2-5 years' quality assurance experience required.
• Knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, AS 9100, FDA GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct receiving, in-process, final inspections and first piece setup using calibrated measuring tools.
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) for internal and external customers.
• Prepare, maintain, and review inspection reports.
• Support lean activities and data collection for process improvement.
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering and quality teams.
