This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills along with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment preferred.
• Lean manufacturing training and/or experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of quality concepts including variation and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain procedural and production documentation.
• Assist Quality Department in identifying and implementing corrective actions.
• Research problems and develop solutions.
• Maintain good housekeeping in lab and office areas.
