Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician II to test and inspect products, audit CTQ processes, and support continuous improvement on the production floor in Auburn, WA. You will measure outputs, record data, and collaborate with fabrication, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing QC, familiarity with SPC and ISO/QMS, and ability to work with precision tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or technical diploma in manufacturing/engineering preferred.
• Certification in quality control (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
• 1–3 years in quality control/assurance in manufacturing.
• Experience with SPC and data analysis in manufacturing.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and ISO/QMS awareness.
• Good written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Proficient with MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect products and materials at various production stages.
• Conduct CTQ process audits and review ECNs; measure machinery output.
• Record data, prepare graphs, and document non-conformities.
• Set up destructive and non-destructive tests on materials/products.
