Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production, including in-process and final inspections. Use a variety of precision measuring tools to ensure that products follow specifications.

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities


  • Participate in facility efforts to implement and achieve Quality Management System (QMS) policy and goals.

  • Facilitate the application of QMS software platforms at location.

  • Aid training hourly and salary employees about the QMS.

  • Maintain and calibrate capital equipment and other measurement devices.

  • Conduct routine quality inspections throughout the production or manufacturing process, including in-process and final inspections.

  • Maintain documentation of all inspections and potential issues

  • Conduct MiTek assembly inspections with I-Auditor or other formats, and thorough independent final inspection of finished assemblies to defined procedures, formally reporting, and communicating all defects.

  • Responsible for checking and filing correct inspection records.

  • Supply technical support in the areas of machine work operation sub-inspection, and production line Quality support activities.


Qualifications


  • High School/GED required

  • 2+ Years of related quality manufacturing experience. required

  • Manufacturing or machine shop specific experience.

  • Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
