Job summary

Dunmore is seeking a Quality Control Technician I in Bristol, PA. The role inspects, tests, and releases at-line and finished products, auditing quality functions and processes by performing tests and monitoring adherence to Dunmore procedures and specifications.

You will learn to operate QA Lab equipment with supervision, review specifications, collect samples during production, and support safety and documentation tasks to keep quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction high.

Responsibilities

• Determines quality requirements by reviewing sales orders, specs, and verifications.
• Learn to operate QA Lab equipment with minimal supervision.
• Verifies in-process conformance by collecting samples and performing tests.
• Performs coating/adhesion, porosity, bond, color, and dimensional checks.
• Maintains safety by following the company manual and regulations.
• Supports DPI, KPI data collection, and actionable quality improvements.
• Maintains documentation and quality records per standards.
• Assists in investigations of customer complaints and internal defects.
• Follows QA policies, procedures, and work instructions.
