Job summary

Jabil is seeking a QA administrative assistant to support the Quality Engineer with data preparation, documentation, and routine audits. This role involves maintaining calibration records, preparing visual aids, and assisting in the MES setup for new products.

The candidate will contribute to SPC monitoring, data analysis, and the review of non-conforming materials while working closely with the QA team to ensure compliance and efficiency across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills with knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare visual aids for QA meetings and reviews.
• Maintain calibration tracking and ensure equipment calibration is up to date.
• Assist the Quality Engineer or Technician in the engineering function.
• Prepare raw data for analysis and support routine process/product audits.
• Assist with machine programming and MES setup for new products.
• Monitor SPC status and review non-conformance materials.
