You will support the production team with tests, documentation, and problem-solving to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong math and analytical skills, and the ability to read blueprints and complex drawings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent
• Minimum: 3 years' experience in manufacturing
• Must be well-organized with attention to detail
• Strong math, computer, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions
• Must possess a strong desire to learn
• Must articulate the importance of process requirements to assemblers

Responsibilities

• Provide inspections and process evaluations to support high quality production
• Assist the Production Team to ensure products meet customer requirements
• Perform visual, layout, dimensional, and non-destructive tests of materials
• Process rejections and generate non-conformance documentation
• Identify problems in manufacturing and assembly processes
• Communicate within the team to implement solutions and changes
• Aid in investigations of customer complaints
