Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Quality Technician I in Allentown, PA to support manufacturing and quality operations by preparing and testing paint samples to ensure products meet quality standards. No extensive lab experience required; full training on equipment, procedures, and systems will be provided.

You will analyze samples for viscosity, gloss, density, pH, and scrub testing and maintain accurate documentation so teams can evaluate product performance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail is essential for accurate testing and recordkeeping.
• Willingness to learn; training provided on lab equipment, testing procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze samples using lab equipment and perform tests (viscosity, gloss, density, pH, scrub).
• Accurately record results, compare samples, and maintain documentation.
• Report equipment or process issues and help keep the lab clean and organized.
