Quality Technician | Non-Exempt | Taylor, MI | 2nd Shift | Onsite Work
We are seeking a Quality Technician to support production quality activities, maintain quality tools and records, assist with customer-required validations, manage gage calibration and MSA activities, support PPAP-related requirements, track nonconforming material, complete LPA activities, and participate in customer, supplier, and internal issue resolution. Candidates should have a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Quality, along with basic metrology skills, GD&T knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience with automotive quality tools such as MSA, PPAP, Control Plan, PFMEA, and SPC preferred.
The successful candidate will be organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This person should be able to manage multiple quality-related priorities, maintain accurate records, support production teams, and help drive timely resolution of internal and customer-related quality concerns.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support production by maintaining quality tools, supporting inspection and quality system activities, and helping ensure customer and internal requirements are met. This role provides technical support in areas such as inspection, statistical process control, problem-solving, customer standards, specifications, calibration, laboratory requirements, and quality system compliance.
