Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Quality Technician to audit, test and measure finished goods to ensure customer standards are met and GMP practices are followed.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of related experience, with ASQ certification preferred. Responsibilities include laboratory testing, process inspections, material reviews, and reporting quality issues to leadership.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience.
• ASQ certification or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Audit compliance with GMP policies and safety standards.
• Apply statistical tools to monitor plant performance and finished goods.
• Complete laboratory testing and collect samples at established intervals.
• Continually seek process improvements and report to management.
• Perform process inspections during molding, packaging and loading.
• Audit for compliance to control plan requirements including process parameters.
• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and complete dimensional checks.
• Conduct in-process inspections of manufactured product during molding, packaging and loading.
• Perform cycle counts and/or inventory of finished goods as required.
• Communicate quality issues and out-of-spec conditions to appropriate personnel and shift leaders.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
